FlightPrice

This enhancement is to provide price quote of the nearest selling class (best buy) in the same cabin when requested selling class is not available for leisure fares in FlightPrice API.

Fix #1

OrderCancel

This is to fix a bug where refunds are getting processed partially under cooling off period for BT fares (leisure fares)

Fix #2

OrderCreate

This is to fix a bug where we add commission element in PNR even if the commission is zero while creating a booking in OrderCreate API. Post this fix, commission element (FM element in PNR) will not be added if it is zero.

Fix #3

OrderCancel

This is to fix a bug where refunds are not getting processed for NDC BSP refunds (Cash form of payment)
