OrderCreate

This is to fix a bug where the user is unable to create booking with seat via OrderCreate API when segment key is not provided for flight segments which do not have seats associated.

OrderCreate

This is to fix a bug where passenger contact information is repeated multiple times in the OrderCreate-OrderViewRS.

OrderChange

This is to fix a bug where the user is unable to cancel disability assistance service via OrderChange API without providing the price for it.

Fix #4

OrderChange

This is to fix a bug where the user is able to purchase ancillaries via OrderChange API by providing the incorrect amount in the Payments section.
