Agents are unable to retrieve a list of orders in NDC.

It allows customers to retrieve a list of orders based on passenger details.

Retrieve Orders matching agent IATA number Ability to request and retrieve orders by Passenger Names, Passenger Types and Frequent Flyer Details Ability to respond with an error message if no order found Ability with an error message if request criteria are not valid
