Problem Statement

Agents are unable to retrieve a list of all of their un-ticketed orders at the moment. They may miss ticketing time limits as British Airways don’t send reminders.

Feature Hypothesis

It allows customers to retrieve a list of un-ticketed orders that were created within a specific date range.

Acceptance Criteria  

  • Retrieve Orders matching agent IATA number

  • Ability to display orders in priority order by ticketing time lit date in the response message

  • Ability to request and retrieve orders within the date range

  • Ability to respond with an error message if no order found

  • Ability with an error message if request criteria are not valid
