OrderList Reporting


 Background

Currently, British Airways NDC only supports to retrieve 1 order at a time by Order Reference (PNR). Many agents have asked British Airways to expand this capability and offer the option to get a list of orders by applying a single or a multiple number of filters. This will enable basic reporting functionality.

 Objective

  • To provide agents with more flexible search options for orders
  • To provide agents with data that can be used for reporting

 Scope

The channels and applications which are in scope of this project are those that support retrieval of NDC bookings

  • British Airways NDC will enable this functionality only via British Airways 17.2 APIs to eligible agents
  • Only British Airways NDC bookings are in scope
