1. What is the NDC Sandbox Environment

The sandbox is a new standalone test environment. It will give agents and service providers early visibility of upcoming development and the option to provide feedback, before it gets released and to start the development early. This does not replace the “pre-live” environment, it is in addition.

The environment is intended for functional testing and is not intended to be used for any form of load or performance testing.

2. Who can use the Sandbox Environment

All agents and service providers who are directly connected to British Airways NDC and wish to have early access to the new functionality Currently available 8am-8pm Mon-Fri (BST)

3. What functionality is available on the Sandbox?

All existing live functionality, plus selected new capabilities, which are in development.

4. How do I register to the Sandbox Environment?

IMPORTANT

You are only able to register for the Sandbox if you already have access to the test (pre-live) environment as you will need you Client Mashery Key.

5. How to connect to the NDC Sandbox

Use your new Mashery key to connect to the Endpoints.

6. How to keep up to date with new releases and ask questions

Once you are registered to our Sandbox, you will be granted access to our designated slack channel #BA-NDC-SANDBOX. Here you will be able to ask questions and give feedback etc.
