The service accepts payment (card or cash aka BSP settlement) and reissues eTickets.

 Confirm Held Booking

The OrderChange-Confirm Held Booking Webservice provides IATA Accredited Travel Agents etc, new retailers and Service Providers the ability to pay for the held booking as per IATA NDC schema standards.

The service accepts payment (card or cash aka BSP settlement) and issues eTickets and EMD.

This service is used to pay and confirm the booking that has already been held. The service accepts the payment and issues eTickets and EMD for all passengers in the held booking. Once the eTickets and EMDs are successfully issued the service returns both eTicket and EMD details in the response.

 Passenger Servicing

The OrderChange-Passenger Servicing Webservice provides Travel Management Companies (TMC), Online Travel Agents (OTA) and Service Providers the ability to:

  • add Frequent Flyer information
  • add/Update/Delete Special Meals
  • add/Delete Disability Assistance
  • add/Update APIS details
  • add/Update Personal Contact details
  • add/Update/Delete Emergency Contact details

This service allows changes to be made to an existing order (booking).  This service can only be used on existing bookings and may only be accessed by the agent who created the booking. If the agent went through a 3rd party provider to create the initial booking (GDS or service provider), it is also mandatory to go through this same provider in order to access the booking. If the above conditions are not met, the service will return an error and prevent access.

The service offers the following capability in Passenger Servicing to:

  1. add airline loyalty program details (FQTV) for one or more passengers in the booking.
  2. add non-airline loyal program details (AVIOS) for one or more passengers in the booking.
  3. add one On Business number at the booking level.
  4. add one to many Business Extra number at the booking level.
  5. add a phone number to one or more passengers in the booking.
  6. add an email address to one or more passengers in the booking.
  7. update phone number to one or more passengers in the booking.
  8. update email address to one or more passengers in the booking.
  9. add immigration details for each passenger including infant passenger.
  10. update immigration details for each passenger including infant passenger.
  11. allow passport details to be added to the booking per passenger.
  12. allow National ID card details (for travel with EU countries only) to be added to the booking per passenger.
  13. allow address at the destination (for non-US citizens) to be added to the booking per passenger.
  14. allow Green Card details to be added to the booking per passenger.
  15. allow Visa details (for non-US citizens) to be added to the booking per passenger.
  16. allow Redress number to be added to the booking per passenger.
  17. allow immigration details to be updated.
  18. allow clients to add emergency contact details for one or more passengers in the booking
  19. allow clients to update emergency contact details for one or more passengers in the booking.
  20. allow clients to cancel emergency contact details for one or more passengers in the booking.

The OrderChange-Split Booking service provides Travel Management Companies (TMC), Online Travel Agents (OTA) and Service Providers the ability to split the requested passengers into a separate booking.

This service enables the agents to independently service (e.g. Refund, Change booking etc) the requested passengers after a successful split process.
