The OrderChange-Split Booking capability provides Travel Management Companies (TMC), Online Travel Agents (OTA) and Service Providers the ability to split the requested passengers in to a separate booking.
This enables the agents to independently service the requested passengers after a successful split process as mentioned below:
Split and cancel the requested passengers from a booking.
Split and change date for the requested passengers of a booking.
Split and upgrade the requested passengers of a booking.
As part of this capability, we have enhanced the existing OrderRetrieve response to display the associated PNR reference (parent or child PNR) in the booking references section.
